Recipients of the Digital Voucher can check the status of their benefit

Among the objectives of the New Panama Solidario Plan are to mitigate that, as a consequence of the pandemic, poverty and inequality increase; facilitate the economic recovery process, encourage the improvement of the beneficiaries with training opportunities, encourage the participation of people in solving the problems of their communities and preserve social peace.


As of August 1, the current beneficiaries of the Digital Voucher who wish to know the status of their benefit, must enter the portal vale.panamasolidario.gob.pa, where they can obtain the information, after being validated with their identification number and PIN .

To receive the Digital Voucher, beneficiaries must complete 24 hours of community social service monthly or receive a 10-hour training at the National Institute of Professional Training and Training for Human Development (INADEH).

Statistics indicate that to date there are 397,820 people qualified to receive INADEH virtual courses; 157,325 beneficiaries registered to perform Community Social Service and 30,738 currently studying an INADEH course.

There are also 104,139 people exempt from carrying out any activity according to Executive Decree No. 342 of July 1, 2021. While adults over 70 years of age amount to 8,263; persons with disabilities duly certified by the National Disability Secretariat total 1,907; the number of disabled persons per Registry is 15,187 (they declared on the form that they had a disability, however, they go through MIDES for review); pregnant women total 23,710 and those who declared diseases with mobility problems correspond to 29,677.

There are 139,020 beneficiaries “at the disposal” to carry out Community Social Service, who during the month will be generating different activities through the Ministries and Community Boards. The activities will be assigned in blocks of 10 thousand people, with the aim of reducing the crowds in the Community Boards.

As of July, 762,443 beneficiaries of the Digital Voucher are reported. Meanwhile, those suspended from the benefit of the Digital Voucher amount to 93,969 people.
