Partial closure of the Via Israel for repair work on the Asphalt Pavement this Saturday, February 6

The Ministry of Public Works (MOP), informs the public that this Saturday, February 6, a partial closure of the Israel road in front of the Multiplaza Shopping Center will be carried out from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, for roadway repair work.


This repair is due to a prior coordination with the National Aqueduct and Sewer Institute (IDAAN), which carried out the repair of a pipe in this sector affecting the rolling of the road.

These works will be carried out by crews from the provincial direction of Panama Center (Metrovial) and will consist of the rehabilitation of approximately 100 to 120 meters of street, where it will be necessary to carry out cleaning, excavation, replacement of base layer and placement of asphalt layer .

The works will be carried out during this Saturday of total quarantine in order to impact in the least way the users of this important vehicular artery.
