A total of 355 workers benefited from the signing of the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between the National Union of Security Agency Workers (UNTAS) and the company Cash Logistics, S.A.
The ratification of the new labor agreement negotiated directly, protects 273 men and 82 women from this company dedicated to private security. It is valid for four (4) years from September 1, 2021.
The Minister of Labor and Labor Development, Doris Zapata Acevedo, said that "Collective agreements denote mutual respect between the parties and demonstrate that together, employers and workers, can resolve differences within the workplace."
Among the most relevant achievements of this convention are the clauses referring to group life insurance, seniority bonus, scholarships for workers who study, housing program, May Day celebration and annual attendance award.
Benefits were also agreed on for the purchase of glasses, an increase in salary for seniority, a bonus for being chosen the employee of the quarter, transportation in night shifts or per diem, per diem for food, among other perks.
