Ministry of Education and the United Fund Association of Panama establish an agreement

With the purpose of joining efforts and creating actions in favor of early childhood in our country, the Ministry of Education and the United Fund Association of Panama renewed the alliance that they have had for 10 years.

The signing of this agreement will strengthen plans, programs and projects that are promoted for the initial education population in the different school regions.

The program supports the process of learning and integral development of the children who attend the Family and Community Centers for Initial Education (CCEFACEI) and official schools of preschool education in areas of difficult access, which contributes to strengthening their cognitive, socio-emotional and physical abilities .

It develops projects to improve infrastructure, provision of didactic material to formal and non-formal initial education centers, and training aimed at teachers, promoters and supervisors of initial education.

The signing of the cooperation agreement was chaired by the Minister of Education, Maruja Gorday de Villalobos, and the president and legal representative of the United Fund Association of Panama, Miguel Bolinaga.
