MITRADEL inaugurates Single Window of Opportunities


The Minister of Labor and Labor Development, Doris Zapata Acevedo, inaugurated this Tuesday, July 13, the Single Window of Opportunities where 6 State institutions will offer strategies to promote employment, support for entrepreneurship, training and innovation, cooperatives and advice for insertion labor in the private sector.

The head of the labor portfolio stressed that the Single Window of Opportunities together with the Labor Market Observatory, are strategic to develop public and social policies that, as the National Government, are articulated in order to strengthen the investment sector and vulnerable sectors of the economy.

The institutions that will provide their services in this Single Window of Opportunities are MITRADEL, IPACOOP, INADEH, SENACYT, AMPYME and ITSE.

Users of this Single Window of Opportunities will be able to enhance their training, skills and experiences, having access to services to improve their employability, reducing time in the job search process and in carrying out procedures.

For their part, employers will be able to access a broad base of candidates with different profiles, qualifications and competencies, reducing the time and costs involved in recruiting personnel.

With the implementation of the Single Window of Opportunities, MITRADEL, in addition to fulfilling its role of intermediation between the supply and demand of employment, will have information with more adequate and updated indicators of the labor market, which will facilitate the elaboration of public policies to address the needs and requirements of the population, as well as the employer sector.
