PANAMA, SURINAME AND BUTAN AGREED ON THE STRATEGY TO LAUNCH THE CARBON NEGATIVE ALLIANCE


For the first time the only three Carbon Negative countries in the world met. Foreign Minister Erika Mouynes together with her counterparts Albert Ramdin of Suriname and Doma Tshering of Bhutan agreed on the strategy to launch the Carbon Negative alliance and position themselves for the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in 2021.
