Having the support of companies and organizations is something that I value very much. Thanks to this wonderful donation from Vitalmedic, the José Domingo de Obaldia Maternal and Child Hospital will be able to continue modernizing its operating rooms and providing better and more complete care. We continue working together for the health of citizens and especially our children, "said Yazmín Colón de Cortizo, First Lady of the Republic.
Among the pathologies that can be treated with this surgical instrument are: brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerve tumors; head and spinal cord injuries; cerebral hemorrhages, neonatal and cerebrovascular malformations, among others.

"Children who will need the neurosurgery service for a tumor, congenital malformation or any other type of central and peripheral nervous system, will be able to receive care in our hospital, without the need for transfers. For us, this is a reason for joy and satisfaction, to be able to have this new tool so that these surgeries are carried out in the best way, for the benefit of our patients.
