The Deputy proposing the project, Leandro Ávila indicated that Law 191 of December 18, 2020 sanctioned by the President of the Republic Laurentino Cortizo Cohen, by virtue of the national state of emergency, establishes temporary measures on the use of the individual account of the affiliated to SIACAP so that they can receive up to 50% or up to 70% of the savings and cope with the economic situation caused by the pandemic.
