The Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel), used an online consultation system on its website for employers and workers to verify the suspension of labor contracts, due to the measure announced by the National Government through the Ministry Health, to resume certain economic activities that will operate post COVID-19.
To carry out the procedure, they will have to enter www.mitradel.gob.pa click on the button for consultations on suspended contracts, if you are a worker you can validate the suspension with the ID or passport number, as a company you can access with the RUC number and automatically the system will indicate the confirmation that your request has been processed.
In both cases, if the request does not appear, you must fill out a report with the information of the person or company to be identified. Take into account that the process from the date of shipment must go through verification and inclusion in the database.
This tool will allow to keep a daily record of commercial activities that will be gradually resumed, update the data of workers who will no longer be suspended and have preserved their jobs after the crisis.
